WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Hello! Thanks for considering Scarborough Affair. We’re on the lookout for talented individuals who are passionate about creativity and eager to be part of a dynamic team.

THE VIBE:

While experience in floral design is a plus, what we truly value is your natural artistic ability and enthusiasm. We’re seeking someone who is dependable, hard-working, and easy to work with—creativity is a must! If you love all forms of creativity and don’t mind getting a bit messy (because flowers can be fun but also a bit chaotic), we’d love to see your portfolio. Show us anything creative—it doesn’t have to be flowers! We want to see your work and that creative eye of yours. We’re ready to train you from the ground up, just like most of us started.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Learning to craft beautiful floral arrangements that will delight our customers.

• Engaging with customers to ensure a positive and memorable experience.

• Bringing fresh, creative ideas to various projects.

• Handling flowers with care, including processing and maintaining their freshness.

• Keeping our workspace clean and organized to enhance the shopping experience.

• Helping with styling and photographing floral creations for our social media presence.

• Answering the phone and taking orders.

• Refreshing the water on flowers—if you wouldn’t drink it, neither should the flowers!

• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers.
